Besides holding this title and the distinction for scoring the highest number of points in a conference final game, he also claims ownership of the mark for the greatest point total ever recorded in a single playoff game within NBA annals: an astounding 63 points.

James isn’t too far back. He has the sixth-highest career NBA playoff points per game average at 28.4, and he leads the league with a total of 8,289 postseason points scored.
Second place on the all-time postseason scoring list is held by Jordan, who has accumulated 5,987 points.
The top regular-season scorer for this year is still advancing in the postseason.

Finally, Brunson achieved a remarkable 55 points in a single game during the regular season, and scored 40 points in Game 6 against Detroit in the first round.
