DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC)—Rob Sand, who serves as Iowa’s State Auditor and is also running for governor of Iowa, is touring the state to connect with more voters.

On Wednesday, Sand delivered a speech at Lafayette Park where he discussed how his tenure in the auditor’s office would have an impact.
