ATLANTA

A vacant warehouse in Atlanta’s Blandtown area might turn into an attractive spot for pickleball enthusiasts.

The planned Pickleball Club of Georgia would be the largest indoor pickleball facility in the country.

What we know

Terminus Design Group, the architectural firm behind the project, states that the warehouse located on English Street will feature over 30 interior sports courts, a comprehensive fitness center, a culinary area with a bar, an indoor golf simulation zone, multiple event venues, and a retail store for athletic gear.

According to the designers, the concept was awaiting permits following approval from the Atlanta Beltline Design Review Committee.

“PCoG isn’t designed as a single destination; instead, its members can look forward to experiencing an exciting day filled with sports and entertainment. Keep an eye out for stray pickleballs though,” state the designers.
