The TSSAA track and field championships begin on May 20 and running through May 22 at the Dean A. Hayes Track & Soccer Stadium.

The Tennessee high school track and field championships will feature five state meets and begin with Class A and AA on May 20.

Class A


May 20:

Field events, 9 a.m.; Running events: 2 p.m.

Girls


Pentathlon:

1. Aziaah Shute from East Nashville has earned 2,952 points.
2. Fiona Eastman with CSAS follows closely behind at 2,823 points.
3. Third place goes to Leah Gregory of Memphis East with 2,806 points.
4. Next up is Kaydence Carroll from Happy Valley who scored 2,703 points.
5. In fifth position stands Gracie Ray representing Liberty Creek with 2,405 points.
6. Sixth spot belongs to Payton Manis from Clarkrange, having amassed 2,370 points.
Honesty Jones ranks seventh after achieving 2,356 points for Memphis East.
And rounding out the top eight is Ebigail Pela from Madison Academic with 2,318 points.
