was nearly unrecognizable in a new video after undergoing excess skin removal surgery and losing over 500 pounds
In late May, the
TLC
personality, 38, posted a
TikTok
video showing off her dramatic transformation.
For the clip, Tammy used a filter on a photo that gave her a makeover based on different decades. One showed her as someone in the 1920s while three others revealed what she might look like styled for the 1940s, 1960s and 1980s.
The original image used for the fun effect, however, showed a much different-looking Tammy than

fans are used to seeing. Not only did Tammy look notably slimmer but she was also missing the extra skin hanging from her chin and neck.

In the comments, Tammy’s TikTok followers couldn’t get over how amazing she looked.
