Dave Portnoy Blasts Biden’s Late Cancer Diagnosis as a Major U.S. Political Scandal
The founder and president of Barstool Sports, Dave Portnoy, doesn’t shy away from controversy when he shares his thoughts on what appears to be a belated announcement regarding former President Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis.
“This is a query that deserves responses from people,” Portnoy stated.
on “Varney & Co.”
Tuesday. “I mean, you have Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama, regardless of his involvement. Clearly, Kamala was also aware since she mentioned, ‘When these decisions are made, I’m always the last one in the room.'”
“This was one of the great scandals, I think, in American politics,” he continued. “You had a president who clearly was in decline, and it didn’t take a rocket scientist to say this.”
The vocal media tycoon seeks clarity on who was managing the White House, following Biden’s team disclosing on Sunday that the previous president had “a newly discovered prostate nodule detected during an evaluation of escalating urinary issues.”
Biden was found to have prostate cancer, marked by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) along with bone metastases, according to additional details provided by his medical team.

Former President Biden
spoke openly in public for the first time
Monday on X, writing, “Cancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.”
“So I don’t know who was making the decisions. I don’t think it was him, and I think they were trying to hold onto power,” Portnoy said.
“What drove me nuts and brought [this] up, is everyone was asking Chuck Schumer and [Hakeem] Jeffries about this. And they’re saying, ‘We’re moving forward. We’re moving forward, we are moving forward.’ No,” the Barstool Sports “presidente” criticized.
“This is something that I do think should be investigated… It 100% wasn’t Biden, and that’s the scariest part of the whole scandal. And to be honest, I believe if Kamala had won the election, those same people would be running the government,” he added. “It’s a crazy scandal.”
Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, who served as an advisor for President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 response and was also instrumental in developing Obamacare, stated on MSNBC on Monday that the previous president
probably has been battling cancer from the start
of his presidency, if not before.
Emanuel stated, “It wasn’t developed within the past 100-200 days. He acquired it during his time as president. It likely began when he first took office in 2021. There doesn’t seem to be any debate regarding this.”
